Play whatever level you want to, change the # to the desired.

[level, i.e. GOLVL13 or GOLVL6]   


Get all the cool menus by typing this code that is very similar to "I
got pink acid boots on".

If done correctly the screen will show "Cheats Activated", then go to
main menu that will have the new option "Cheats". Here you can choose to
be invincible, automatic ammo and all nasty weapons.
