Any Level or FMV
Hold all of the L and R buttons on controller 2 and turn the PlayStation on. Keep the buttons pressed and enter the 'options' screen from the main menu. Then choose "Load Game" option from the tree house screen to select any FMV sequence and any level.

Level & Screen Select
On controller 2, hold the L and R buttons. Then turn your playstation on. Keep the buttons pressed. When the game has loaded, choose 'options' from the main menu and then choose 'load game' and you will be able to select the level.
