Get the Map:
Start a Quest Mode game. When the game starts, go straight down until you see a raft. Run over the raft to get the map.

Bonus Points:
To get some bonus points; on the octopus level, shoot the crab; on the stuffed animal levels you can shoot the place where it shows you your target; on the criminal levels shoot the windows on the cars or buildings.
